2007 OGS Annual Conference Hotel, Directions and Parking The 2007 OGS Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. Situated adjacent to the Columbus Convention Center, the Hyatt Regency is near the Short North, with its numerous shops and restaurants. Don't miss out on the North Market, an 1876 market featuring all sorts of wonderful food and artisan items. Also nearby is the Arena District, full of fun restaurants and nightspots. Hotel InformationHOTEL UPDATE: The Hyatt Regency is sold out on Friday, 13 April. Rooms are still available for Thursday, 12 April and Saturday, 14 April). We have made arrangements for a block of rooms at the Columbus Airport Marriott, 1375 N. Cassady Avenue and the Courtyard Columbus Airport, 2901 Airport Drive. Both hotels are located at I-670 and the Cassady Ave. exit, which is just 10 minutes from the Hyatt. Although both have "Columbus Airport" in their names, they are not on the airport grounds; rooms are quiet. Both have free parking and high-speed Internet access (free at the Courtyard). For best results, contact the hotels directly at the phone numbers listed below.

Follow I-70 to the Fourth Street exit. Exit at Fourth Street (one-way North). Follow Fourth Street to Nationwide Blvd. Turn Left at Nationwide Blvd. Hyatt Regency Columbus is located on the Right Side of Nationwide Blvd. From I-71 South Bound: Take I-71 to Spring Street exit (the exit is to the Left). Take the Third St. exit and follow to Chestnut St. Turn Left on Chestnut St. Turn Left on to Fourth St. Turn Left onto Nationwide Blvd. Hyatt Regency Columbus is located on the Right side of Nationwide Blvd. From Rt. 315 South Bound: Follow 315 South to I-670 East to the Neil Ave. exit. At stoplight turn Right onto Neil Ave. Turn Left onto Nationwide Blvd. Nationwide will cross over High St. The Hyatt Regency Columbus is located on the Left side of Nationwide Blvd. Airline & Ground Shuttle Service Port Columbus International Airport is served by all major airlines. Unfortunately, there is no complimentary shuttle to the Hyatt. Parking (All prices subject to change.) Valet parking is available at the hotel for $18 per day, including complimentary in/out privileges. Off-site parking is available at the Chestnut Street Garage, situated one block south of the hotel and accessible via an enclosed walkway for $12 overnight self-parking. Additional parking is available at the Convention Center Underground Garage or Convention Center East Lot for $14 per day, with no in/out privileges. All vans must use either the hotel valet parking or the Ohio Center East Lot. The Chestnut Street Garage cannot accomodate any vans. |
