2007 OGS Annual Conference Registration Information and Form You may print a registration form to mail in. Click
here for the printable form. Cancellation Policy Refunds on paid registration will be issued for written cancellation requests received at the OGS office no later than 26 March 2007. All refunds will be issued for the paid registration and meals minus a $15 administration fee. After 26 March 2007 cancelled registrants or non-attendees will receive a copy of the syllabus, but no monetary refund. Special Requirements The hotel meets or exceeds the ADA requirements to accommodate guests with special needs. Conference Attire/Climate The conference dress code is casual. While we will attempt to keep meeting rooms at a comfortable temperature, layered clothing is suggested. Daytime temperatures in April in Columbus averages in the 50s. Smoking Restrictions Smoking is now prohibited in Ohio public places. Cell Phones, Pagers, Etc. As a courtesy to speakers and attendees, cell phones, pagers, and other communication devices must be on vibrate or turned off during conference presentations. Registration All registration for the conference (prepaid and walk-in) will be held at the Hyatt Regency. The registration booth will be open during the following hours: Thursday - 3:00pm to 7:00pm Friday - 7:30am to 5:00pm Saturday - 7:30am to 5:00pm Membership Not a member of one of the largest state genealogical societies?
