Donating to OGS
Your donation to the Ohio Genealogical Society will help us to fulfill our mission to meet the educational needs of OGS members and the general public through the acquisition, preservation, and dissemination of genealogical and historical information. Please select the type of donation you would like to make. Thank you for your support!
| Donate to the Building Fund Monies donated to the building fund will help pay for the OGS LIbrary facility. If desired, donors may choose to have their Building Fund gift support the Furnish the OGS Family Room program by donating $350 for a library chair or shelving unit, $600 for a research carrel or library table, or $700 for a technology table. All who donate at these levels will have their names engraved on a plaque that will hang in the OGS Library. |
| Donate to the Endowment Fund Donations to the OGS Endowment Fund help support the society on a more permanent basis as your gift is invested long term in certificates of deposit, money market, or mutual funds depending on the economic climate at the time. The organization may use up to 6% of the Endowment Fund for operations in a given year. |
| Donate to the Operating Fund Funds donated to the Operating Fund provide immediate support of OGS and its current programs. |
