Paul S. Tyler Jr., BBA, EMBA, Paul Tyler’s experience in finance, lending, collections, banking, and education spans over four decades in both the pubic and private sector. He served for 26 years as the bursar for Baldwin Wallace University. He was twice elected President of the Ohio Bursar’s Association. Nationally, he was an active member of the Coalition of Higher Education Assistance Organization (COHEAO) and served as Chair of several committees and on the Board of Directors. He served as Instructor for the U.S. Department of Education for Fiscal Officer Training Workshops. Active in the higher education community, he presented at conferences throughout the country on a wide range of topics. Mr. Tyler has been a resident of Willoughby, Ohio for over 46 years with his wife (57yrs.) and has raised 6 children. Appointed by the Mayor to the Willoughby Airport Commission for Lost Nation Airport, he served for 10 years. He was also a member of the City’s Fiscal Review Task Force. Since Mr. Tyler’s retirement in 2009, he has enjoyed spending time on his favorite hobbies: travel and family genealogical research. In that pursuit, he has traveled to 19 countries and has traced his family back to the 1300s.
