Because Mothers Day is on our usual meeting day this month, the next Sandusky County Kin Hunters meeting will be on the following week, Sunday, May 21, 2023, 2 PM at the Sandusky Township House, next to the Fire Station, 2207 Oak Harbor Rd (N SR 19), north of Fremont.

For this meeting we will have a challenge in honor of maternal ancestors.
Choose a female maternal ancestor. Dig deep into census and other records focusing on this one person.
Get dates, places, relationships, occupations, way of life, family stories about this person. Examine photos for any clues. Using this information, write a narrative about this person for the May 21 meeting to share and discuss and receive a prize.
