DESCRIPTION:The Licking County Genealogical Society will host a Genealogy and Heritage Expo from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday\, Oct. 3rd.\, at the Downtown Newark Library in the room off of the lobby. Exhibitors include\, to name a few\, OGS chapters from Fairfield and Muskingum counties\, Hetuck Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution\, Benjamin Franklin Chapter Sons of the American Revolution\, and heritage organizations Daughters of Erin (Irish)\, Palatines to Columbus (German)\, Sons and Daughters of Italy (Italian)\, Melungeon (tri-race). There will also be Licking County OGS’s Military Committee as well as Lineage Committee. The list will be expanded throughout 2026. \n
