Hotel Reservations:

This year we have two choices for hotel accommodations. Option one is the Hyatt Place Cincinnati (which has limited availability), and the second option is LivInn Hotel Cincinnati. Attendees can reserve their hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Place Cincinnati by using the button below or calling 513-771-1718. Attendees can reserve their hotel accommodations at the LivInn Hotel Cincinnati by using the button or calling 513-772-7877. Make sure you mention that you are with the 2026 OGS Conference. The room rate is $139.00 per night plus tax on available rooms in the room block which includes a hot breakfast each morning for registered guests. The last day to register for discounted hotel reservations in the OGS room block is March 30, 2026. There may still be rooms available, but not at our discounted rate. UPDATE: HYATT PLACE IS SOLD OUT ON THURSDAY NIGHT.

Motorized Scooter Rental

Judy’s Scooty’s www.judysscootys.com will be able to provide motorized scooters for anyone who requires a motorized scooter. They will drop off and pick up at your hotel so you will need to have your hotel accommodations completed before getting your motorized scooter rental. You will need to fill out the request form on the company’s website, and a representative will reach out to you and finish the rental process and invoice you for the rental. Family Matters Raffle Prize 

Vivid-Pix has kindly donated to OGS a Family Matters Engagement Program. This donation’s value is estimated at $1599.95. Tickets can be purchased online at the OGS Conference website for $10.00 each now through April 24, 2026. There will be tickets sold at the conference venue until the drawing for the winner on Saturday afternoon. Syllabus: $40.00 each

The syllabus is a compilation of all session handouts for the Thursday through Saturday sessions.  This year it will be print on demand unlike years past. If you are interested in getting a print copy you can order directly from Lulu Print on Demand once it is available (estimated date is mid-March). Please note the normal print and ship timeline is 2 weeks. Once the syllabus is available from Lulu for printing an email will go out to all registered attendees. Please note there might be limited print copies available for purchase at the conference venue, but we cannot guarantee it.
