The OGS 2027 Conference, Finding Your Family’s Heroes, promises to offer innovative genealogical sessions and workshops to eager attendees looking for products and services to supplement their educational experience at the conference. Exhibitors are an integral part of our conference, and we are here to help you stage a successful exhibit. Each exhibitor receives:

• An 8′ wide by 8′ deep booth, including one 6′ draped table and two chairs
• 1/4 page vertical ad in the conference syllabus (excluding the OGS Chapters renting a table for the day).
• 4 complimentary PowerPoint slides promoting your organization/business. Four additional slides can be purchased for a fee of $25.00 on the OGS website (excluding the OGS Chapters renting a table for the day).

Payment is due before exhibitor registration is considered complete and table assignments made. Table assignments are on a first-come, first- served basis. OGS reserves the right to change table assignments when such action is deemed in the best interest of the total exhibition. It is preferred that all exhibitors remain open during the posted hours of the exhibitor hall. Please limit the number of attendants in the exhibitor space at any given time to three. No exhibitor will be permitted to tear down early on Saturday without approval from the conference committee in writing prior to the start of the conference. If you need more than one table per space please inquire about additional tables upon approval from the conference committee. All additional tables must be approved in writing by the conference committee before the start of the conference.

Exhibit Setup: Wed 28 Apr, 12 to 6 PM

Exhibit Hours: Thurs/Fri 29-30 Apr, 9 AM – 6 PM, Sat 1 May 9 AM to 4 PM

EXHIBITOR SALES
Exhibitors who wish to sell products at the conference must have an Ohio Transient Vendor’s License. Licenses are available from the Ohio Department of Taxation at https://tax.ohio.gov/business/ohio-business-taxes/sales-and-use/registration. OGS will not be held responsible for any violations of this requirement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the exhibit chair at [email protected]. Written requests received before 1 Jan 2027 will receive a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Exhibitors must stop at the registration desk prior to setup. You must send your ad and PowerPoint slides to [email protected] by 15 Jan 2027.
