Serves as the Executive Director of the Ohio Genealogical Society. Noel’s passion is the presenting of America’s diverse history through authorship, lectures, exhibitions, and technology. In the past, he worked for The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in Williamsburg, Virginia where he served as the Historic Trades liaison to the John D. Rockefeller Library; two living historical farms in Pennsylvania, Historic Bethlehem Partnership in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and The National Watch & Clock Museum, Library and Research Center in Columbia, Pennsylvania, housing the largest horological collection in the world. Just prior to coming to OGS, he was the Executive Director of the Age of Steam Roundhouse Museum in Sugarcreek, Ohio.
