Bio:

Owen has nearly 20 years of genealogical experience with specific expertise in Polish, Prussian, and Lithuanian research. He is one of the foremost researchers on the ethnic German population from Lithuania, and is the co-founder and President of the International Association of Germans from Lithuania. He is also the owner of the research firm Saleker and Co.. His lectures have been featured at the International German Genealogy Partnership, Foundation for Eastern European Family History Studies, and Society for German Genealogy in Eastern Europe.
