Annual Conference

ONLINE Registration is now CLOSED. We still accept walk-ins onsite, but you will not be able to attend meals or workshops. If you have already registered, we look forward to seeing you soon!  If not, we hope you can join us next year!  Check her for dates to be announced.

Registration opens on Friday, November 24th, 2023 at 8:00 AM EST.  We still accept walk-ins onsite, but you will not be able to attend meals or workshops. For certain products, you must make selections in the drop-down boxes before you can add a product to the cart. For any technical difficulties with the website registration please email [email protected]. For other questions regarding the conference please email [email protected].

• Please place a separate order for each person attending. Checkout fields are auto-filled for members, so this should only take a few seconds.
• Members must log in to receive discounts on registration! The “Early Bird” discount ends February 23rd at midnight EST.
• If you select “Special Dietary Request” for your meal, please leave a note to our Conference Committee in the “Additional Information” area at checkout.
• If ordering a Conference Registration for someone other than yourself, please add their name(s) in the “Additional Information” section at Checkout. 
• Please spell exactly how you would like your name(s) to appear on a badge.
