2026 Jumbo Screen Advertising – OGS Conference

The 2026 OGS Conference Committee is able to have a PowerPoint presentation running from the opening of the Sharonville Convention Center to the closing of the Sharonville Convention Center each day during the 2026 OGS Conference. This will be located on a jumbo screen in the main lobby of the convention center. We are offering your organization the opportunity to purchase advertising time to be included in this PowerPoint presentation. You can have up to four PowerPoint slides for a fee of $25.00, with a limit of two purchases per organization (maximum of eight PowerPoint slides). Please ensure all content is welcoming to all audiences, avoiding stereotypes, exclusionary language, or imagery that could be perceived as discriminatory. 

Fee is $25.00 each with a limit of two purchases per customer. No limit on available quantity for purchase.  

1. All slides must be in widescreen format (16:9)
2. Must be a still image, no video and no audio
3. All slides must be sent directly to the OGS Conference Coordinator at [email protected] no later than March 15, 2026. Please note this deadline is strictly enforced.

Remember the last day to purchase the slides is March 1, 2026.
