Hybrid Hybrid Event

The Lake County Genealogical Society is meeting January 25, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Morley Public Library in Painesville. This meeting will be a hybrid gathering with an on-line speaker who will be available on Zoom. Following our business meeting our guest speaker, Denise E. Cross, a certified genealogist, will be presenting her program “They Had Names: Identifying Children Represented by Tick Marks in Pre-1850 Censuses”. For those interested in watching her program but are unable to attend the meeting at Morley Library, visit the Lake County Genealogical Society (LCGS) web site at www.lcgsohio.org to learn more about our group and to find the email address to contact us for an invitation to the Zoom meeting.
The January meeting at Morley Library will be a special meeting in recognition of the 50th anniversary of LCGS membership in the Ohio Genealogical Society. A potluck luncheon and cake are planned to follow the meeting.
