Early History and Shipbuilding Heritage of the Black River
The Lorain County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society is pleased to welcome Matthew Weisman as guest presenter for its upcoming program on Monday, June 8, at 7 p.m. ET.
Prominent local historian Matthew Weisman will present a program on early shipbuilding in Lorain. He specializes in the early history and shipbuilding heritage of the Black River in Lorain. Weisman has spent his life in Lorain and is widely respected for his research into the region’s rich maritime past.
